1. Tickets

• Tickets may be sold and purchased only in Ontario
• Tickets can be purchases from: https://scleroderma.rafflenexus.com
• Ticket purchasers shall go online to purchase desired ticket. Upon completion of transaction, the purchaser will receive a confirmation email, indicating their purchase amount, ticket number(s), prize draw details and rules of play.
• Ticket purchasers must be 18 years of age or older
• An unlimited number of tickets will be available for sale
• All ticket sales are final. No exchanges or refunds.

2. 50/50 + Early Bird Draws

• Ontario Gaming Event Licence #RAF1271687
• Tickets cost $5/1 ticket, $10/3 tickets, $20/10 tickets, $50/50 tickets
• The 50/50 is a draw where the money received in ticket sales is divided between the winner and the licensee
• The winning 50/50 prize is 50% of total tickets sold
• There will be 5 early bird draws that every ticket purchaser will automatically be entered

• Winners of Early Bird Prizes will be re-entered into 50/50 draw

3. Important Dates & Draw Information

• Early Bird Prize draw deadline: November 28, 2022 at 12:00pm EST
• Early Bird Prize Draw: November 28, 2022 at 4:00pm EST
• Final ticket sales deadline: December 9, 2022 at 12:00pm EST
• 50/50 Raffle draw: December 9, 2022 at 4:00pm EST
• If for some reason, the draws cannot take place on the draw date listed, a substitute draw date and time will be selected, with the approval of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario. All ticket purchasers will be able to see the amended draw date and time information posted on the same website the ticket was purchased.
• Draw will be held at Scleroderma Society of Ontario Office; 41 King William St., Unit 202Hamilton, ON L8R 1A2
• The winning ticket is drawn using Random Number Generator software (RNG)
• All members of the public are welcome to attend the draw.
• Winners will be posted online on the Raffle website, Scleroderma Society of Ontario website and Scleroderma Society of Ontario Social Media, on December 12,

4. Winners

• Winner will be contacted by phone and email by the Scleroderma Society of Ontario
• Winners consent to release of their names by the licensee.
• Winners are to come to the Scleroderma Society of Ontario office at 41 King William Unit 202, Hamilton, ON L8R 1A2 to present proof of ID.
• If prize is not claimed within six months, with the approval of AGCO, the prize value in cash, will be given to Scleroderma Ontario for disease research
• No tickets will be purchased by the Board of Directors of the Scleroderma Society of Ontario or employees involved with the conduct and management of the ticket

5. Privacy

• Scleroderma Society of Ontario does not sell, rent or exchange your personal Information provided through ticket purchase will be used to keep you informed on upcoming events, scleroderma community updates and impact stories from time to time.
